For natalie: The average temperature in Denver is 5 degrees colder, both winter and summer, than slc. But the fireplace and the kids make up for it I agree. This cold weather, with the overcast skies is one reason I look forward to retirement. After Christmas, and until about May, the city of Salt will not see me.
It's fun to see a change in weather. It reminds me that life is going on, no matter what we think about it. We could all learn from the weather, it just does what it does without being affected by anything anybody says.
